Eligibility Criteria
Course Subject Criteria (Class XII) Minimum Marks BE/B.Tech Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics 60% overall, 60% in each PCM, 50% in English B.Sc. Ag./FT/Pharma/Nursing Physics, Chemistry, Biology 60% overall, 55% in each PCB, 50% in English
Note: Only Class XII marks are considered. Students appearing in 2025 may apply with a provisional certificate.
Step-by-Step Application Process
Step 1: Registration
- Visit: www.indembkathmandu.gov.in
- Register with your Study In India (SII) ID. If you don’t have one:
- Visit: https://studyinindia.gov.in/
- Register and obtain SII ID
- Visit: https://studyinindia.gov.in/
- Use the SII ID, email, and mobile number to complete registration.
Step 2: Fill out the Application & upload documents.
- Fill in personal, academic, and course preference details.
- Upload:
- Passport-size photo (100–200 KB)
- Signature (80–150 KB)
- Academic documents (100–1000 KB)
- Passport-size photo (100–200 KB)
- Download and print the bank challan.
Step 3: Pay the Application Fee
- Go to any Nepal SBI Bank branch.
- Deposit NPR 400 using the printed challan.
- Collect your stamped challan with transaction/journal number.
Step 4: Final Submission
- Log in again to the application portal.
- Enter your challan details and upload the scanned copy.
- Submit the final completed application.
About the Selection Process
- A computer-based test (CBT) will be conducted in Kathmandu.
- Students are shortlisted based on performance in the CBT.
